St. Patrick's Day
.
3/4 oz green creme de menthe
3/4 oz Green Chartreuse®
3/4 oz Irish whiskey
1 dash bitters

Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

An Irish Kiss
.
3/4 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
3/4 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
coffee
1 1/2 oz whipped cream

Pour Baileys and Kahlua into Irish coffee glass, fill glass with hot coffee and top with whipped cream.

Emerald Cocktail 

2 oz gin
1 tsp green creme de menthe
3 dashes bitters

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a green maraschino cherry, and serve.

Irish Shillelagh

1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
1/2 oz sloe gin
1 tsp overproof white rum
1 tsp peach schnapps
1 tsp lemon juice - 1 tsp sugar syrup

Shake with a glassful of broken ice. Pour unstrained into an old-fashioned glass, and serve
Frozen Black Irish

1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
1/2 oz vodka
2 tbsp vanilla ice cream

Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice. Pour into a double-cocktail glass, garnish with a sprig of mint, and serve.
Flaming Black Russian

1/2 oz Blavod® vodka
1/2 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
1/2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1 splash Bacardi® 151 rum

Slowly layer the alcohols in this order: Kahlua, Irish cream, vodka and 151. Light the shot if desired. The Kahlua should stay at the bottom and be the last part

Non-Alcoholic Drinks

St. Clements

4 oz Britvic® orange juice
4 oz bitter lemon soda

Put the two ingredients into a shaker with cracked ice, and serve in a highball glass over whole ice cubes with a twist of lemon and a twist of orange.
St. Patrick's Day
Sherbet Delight

.
1 gal lime sherbet
2 liters ginger ale

Add lime sherbert to a punch bowl. Pour the ginger ale.
Spring Fever

3/4 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz mango syrup
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
2 oz blood orange juice

Shake well over ice and strain into a collins glass half-filled with crushed ice.
