I would like to wish a Happy Valentine's Day to all the Metro readers. I put together some appropriate drinks for the month of February. If you have any questions for me, submit them here. Enjoy!!!

Snow Blinder

2 oz vodka
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 glass lemonade

Pour vodka in blender and add ice cream. Blend. Top with lemonade.

Cape Snow

1 oz brandy
1 oz Van Der Hum® liqueur
2 tbsp vanilla ice cream

Blend briefly in a blender. Pour into a wine goblet, garnish with a slice of orange, and serve.

Chocolate Valentine

3/4 oz Stoli Vanilla vodka
3/4 oz dark creme de cacao
1/2 oz cherry juice
1 splash cream
1 splash soda water

Shake with ice and strain into a shot glass.

Non- Alcoholic Valentine Punch

3 oz cherry jello 1 cup boiling water 6 oz frozen lemonade	3 cups cold water 1 quart cranberry juice 12 oz ginger ale
. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool but do to refrigerate. Combine with remaining ingredients. Ice ring or fruit may be floated in punch bowl for garnish.

Extreme Valentine

2 shots vodka
5 oz root beer
5 oz Mountain Dew citrus soda

Mix ingredients with ice in a glass. Serve with an orange slice.

Detroit Daisy

2 oz dark rum
1 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1 dash dark rum

Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well, and strain into a collins glass. Garnish with a green maraschino cherry and a sprig of mint.

Detroit Red Wing .
1 oz cinnamon schnapps 6 oz ginger ale Build over ice in a double old-fashioned glass.
