Maggie May 

2/3 oz raspberry liqueur
1 oz dry vermouth
3 oz Lambrusco® red wine

Pour into a frosted champagne flute.
Mom's Apple Pie 

2 1/2 oz apple schnapps
1 tbsp DeKuyper® Hot Damn cinnamon schnapps

Pour apple schnapps over ice in a brandy snifter and float hot damn on top.
Derby Cocktail 

2 oz gin
1 tsp peach bitters

Stir gin and peach bitters (or peach brandy) in a cordial glass. Add an olive and a mint leaf, and serve.
Cape May 

1 1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz cherry brandy
2 oz ginger ale
2 oz orange juice

Measure a collins glass full of ice into a cocktail shaker. Add brandy, gin and orange juice to the shaker and shake well. Pour back into glass and add ginger ale. Garnish with an orange wedge.
Mom's Punch

1 liter ginger ale
1 liter Hawaiian Punch®
1 can frozen orange juice concentrate
Southern Comfort® peach liqueur

Pour ginger ale and Hawaiian Punch into punch bowl, add the southern comfort to taste and add the frozen orange juice. When ready to serve, mix well, and garnish with fresh pineapple and orange slices.
Mom's Breakfast 

1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
5 oz orange juice
4 ice cubes

Put ice into glass. Pour in amaretto. Pour in orange juice. Stir. Garnish with orange slice or wedge.
Peach May Cocktail 

1 oz banana liqueur
2 oz peach schnapps
2 tbsp apple juice
pineapple juice
7-Up® soda

Mix together in a hurricane glass
Jerry's Mom's 

3 oz Everclear® alcohol
1 scoop Ben & Jerry's® ice cream

Pour everclear into an old-fashioned glass, top with ice cream, and serve
May Blossom Fizz 

2 oz Swedish punsch
1 tsp grenadine syrup
juice of 1/2 lemons
carbonated water

Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.

Derby Daiquiri

1 1/2 oz light rum
1 oz orange juice
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp sugar

Blend all ingredients with 1/2 cup shaved ice in an electric blender at a low speed. Pour into a champagne flute and serve.

Non-Alcoholic

Black & Blue Berries

1 cup berries
1 cup soda water
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice

Place all ingredients into a blender jar. Cover, and whiz on medium speed until well blended. Pour into a collins glass, and serve.

Horse's Ass

1/2 part ginger ale
1/2 part soda water

Mix with ice.

Banana Strawberry Shake

1/2 lb frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
2 cups fresh apple juice

Blend all together in a blender until smooth.

Pac Man

2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp grenadine syrup
1 dash bitters
7 - 8 oz ginger ale

Add grenadine, lemon juice and bitters to an ice-filled collins glass. Top with ginger ale, and slide an orange slice down the side of the glass.
